The Mini Uni-Twin system is a twin bracket frame with a centered, single bracket width arch wire slot.
Mini Twin provides approximately 50% more interbracket width than ordinary twin brackets in the torquing and tipping planes.
Increased interbrackets width means less wire stiffness and greater working range. You can start your patients in larger initial arch wires overall, and finish your patients sooner with increased patient comfort.
By using larger arch wires earlier in treatment, you will be able to simultaneously control leveling rotation, tipping, and torquing earlier.
